Crypto payments: the network matters
Match the asset and network
A ticker is not enough. The sending wallet and receiving cashier must support the same asset and blockchain network. A matching address format alone does not prove compatibility. Never send to an address copied from a message or advertisement.
Separate network time from operator time
A confirmed blockchain transaction does not mean an operator has completed its internal review. Check required confirmations, deposit minimums, withdrawal fees, review procedures and the exact net amount before proceeding. We do not promise instant withdrawals.
Treat transfers as potentially irreversible
Check the full address and any required memo or tag. Never share seed phrases or private keys with support. Stablecoins also carry issuer, depegging and network risks; they do not remove the risk of losing money through gambling.
